Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, shade preference, or personal dislike.
Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Customers may be asked to provide clear images or video proof for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Tampered packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Refund Process
- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
